The Gryphon Networks training process will help to seamlessly transition users from their current process of Do-Not-Contact by providing users with the skills and knowledge necessary to expertly utilize the Gryphon Solution.
Prior to implementation, the Gryphon Training Team meets with client contacts to review the curriculum specifically designed for our client. The Gryphon Training Team will also work with client contacts to define the overall ongoing training strategy. The Training Team will then proceed to define, develop and deliver the training curriculum.
The Client Trainer focuses on training the resources that will be end users of the system, utlizing three methods of training: Onsite training, which places a Gryphon trainer in direct contact with the users; Remote training, which allows users from anywhere to learn the system via phone and web conferencing; and Online training, which provides user guides and training videos 24x7.
Our methodology includes user training, administrator training and train the trainer. For each methodology, onsite and remote training are available, and will be coordinated with our client training and contact teams.
To measure the effectiveness of training, the Gryphon Training Team works directly with our client training team and contacts to define the training schedule during implementation. Training attendance reports and a training effectiveness assessment is provided to our client upon request.
