Platinum Service Package offers:

 

Support 24 x 7 for your organization with fast, courteous response to users
Prompt, Courteous Service for all inbound inquiries via Phone, Email, Fax
Upload assistance and management of dnc database
Upload assistance and management of account information
Assistance with service utilization includes:
Work with client contacts to monitor and ensure adoption of Gryphon solutions by the user base
Assistance with communications to end users
Managing user access to the services including:
Agent profile management
Create and host user profile data transmissions (FTP)
Create and update account information through data transmissions (FTP)
Host DNC data transmissions (FTP)
Host EBR data transmissions (FTP)

Free Live Training:

User Training and Administrator Training
Track and provide attendee information to support Safe Harbor requirements
Multiple live trainings daily
Live trainer with Q&A at the end of each session

Additional Services inlcluded in the Platinum Service Package:

Guidance for updating federal and state list subscriptions
Upload and assistance for admins with management of their dnc database
Assistance with service utilization
Work with client contacts to monitor and ensure adoption of Gryphon solutions by the user base
Assistance with communications to end users
Managing user access to the services
Agent profile management
Create and host user data transmissions (FTP)
Create and update account information
Support all access to call productivity reporting feature
