The Client Services Team is responsible for overall client satisfaction. We do this by working with PMO to seamlessly transition from launch to deployment within the client's organization. Every client customer is assigned a dedicated Enterprise Account Manager who will oversee all activities vital to a client's successful use of Gryphon Services. The EAM will manage the weekly client action register, CARE for short tracks user enrollment, Safe-Harbor training, and any client enhancements. As the Client Advocate they supervise SLA adherence and will conduct Client Steering Committee reviews to report on program successes using key performance indicators (KPI).  Key services include:

 

  • Help Desk - CSO provides 24/7/365 help through the Help Desk for all users. 
  • Standard Training Package -The standard training package offers user materials designed for each level of user access. 
  • Customized Materials - CSO can customize training materials to match the clients' needs to maximize the benefits and effectiveness of the pre-scheduled training. 
  • Field Training - CSO offers custom onsite training for client-side trainers or entire field agent teams. 
  • Live Trainings and Podcasts - CSO offers daily live trainings Monday through Friday as well as pre-recorded podcast sessions.
