Leading Customer Service
The Client Services Team is responsible for overall client satisfaction. We do this by working with PMO to seamlessly transition from launch to deployment within the client's organization. Every client customer is assigned a dedicated Enterprise Account Manager who will oversee all activities vital to a client's successful use of Gryphon Services. The EAM will manage the weekly client action register, CARE for short tracks user enrollment, Safe-Harbor training, and any client enhancements. As the Client Advocate they supervise SLA adherence and will conduct Client Steering Committee reviews to report on program successes using key performance indicators (KPI). Key services include:
