Gryphon Networks Executive Chris Riley to present at 2007 ARDA Conference

NORWOOD, Mass. -- March 12, 2007 -- Gryphon Networks, the global leader in Contact Governance solutions, today announced that Chris Riley, Vice President of Marketing, will address this year's convention of the American Resort Development Association (ARDA). Gryphon Networks is a sponsor of the Sales & Marketing Session Track at the ARDA Convention, which is being held in Orlando, FL, from March 25-29. The ARDA convention attracts 4,000 top timeshare industry professionals who gather to network, learn the latest industry trends, and visit hundreds of industry suppliers on the exhibit floor.

Chris will be speaking on the panel session "You Have 'Fine' Written All Over You - How to Build a Compliant Contact Center" on Tuesday 3/27 from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM. An increasingly complex series of federal and state regulations govern how and when direct marketers can contact both prospective and existing customers. The FTC has aggressively pursued direct marketing companies and imposed stiff fines. Consumers themselves have joined the attack and launched individual suits against agents that are in violation of these regulations. In this session Chris will present an overview of how companies can move beyond basic compliance and actually turn these restrictions into competitive advantages.

Chris is responsible for all of Gryphon's marketing and business development activities, including strategic alliances and partner strategy. He came to Gryphon with extensive leadership experience spanning twenty years in the technology industry. Chris has served as Vice President and General Manager at McData, Executive Vice President and Co-Founder of Centrepath, President of Network Services for Comdisco, and he had a twelve-year career at EMC Corporation where he held several executive management positions.
