Gryphon Networks Appoints New Vice President of Operations NORWOOD, Mass. -- March 8, 2007 -- Gryphon Networks, the global leader in Contact Governance solutions, today announced that Tom Tivnan has joined Gryphon as Vice President of Operations. Mr. Tivnan is responsible for the management of Gryphon's data center and production operations and will be working to further enhance Gryphon's infrastructure and insure that we continuously exceed our customer's expectations. Tom has extensive experience in infrastructure management, and data center and support operations. He comes to Gryphon from Lightbridge, Inc. where he was Vice President of Operations and provided both management and technical leadership to the operations group. While there, he implemented comprehensive escalation and customer service plans coupled with high-availability network configurations that reduced downtime and improved customer satisfaction. Prior to Lightbridge, Tom was Senior Manager of Distributed Operations at B.J.'s Wholesale Club where he was responsible for the planning, engineering and operational support of their mission-critical enterprise network and server infrastructure. Tom received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Salem State College, Salem, MA.
