Job Title: Project Manager/Business Analyst Department: Project Management Office (PMO) Supervisor: Director, PMO Project Manager/Business Analyst
Function: The Project Manager/Business Analyst will define how Gryphon's services and tools will be used within the client's business environment. The Project Manager/Business Analyst will define the client's business objectives for customer privacy compliance and communication preferences and translate them into solution requirements. The Project Manager/Business Analyst will act as the key contact between the client and the Gryphon team. The Project Manager/Business Analyst will work with the Senior Project Manager and PMO team to deliver large engagements. The Project Manager/Business Analyst may also take on full project management responsibility for smaller engagements. Qualifications:
| o Business analysis and/or project management experience in a software development and product implementation environment. | | o Document project requirements, functional specifications and scope | | o Create process descriptions and diagrams that depict current business processes and proposed Gryphon solutions | | o Document functional and reporting requirements | | o Document risks, issues, and changes to project | | o Track and escalate project risks to resolution | | o Proven ability to manage projects in a deadline driven process. | | o Consistent success in driving teams to meet aggressive deadlines. | | o Proven skills in project planning. | | o Proven experience managing client expectations. | | o Proven experience managing cross-functional teams. | | o Coordinate internal teams and client organizations | | o Work independently to build customer relationships ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction | | o Deliver projects to meet budget, time, and quality requirements |

| o Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. | | o Capable of building relationships in customer organizations. | | o Strong time management and organization skills. | | o Demonstrated skills in problem analysis and resolution. | | o A good understanding of marketing processes and customer privacy is a plus. |
Requirements:
o 5+ years business analysis and/or project management experience in an Information Technology setting o Up to 50-75% travel is required
