Title: Enterprise Program Specialist

Gryphon is looking for an Enterprise Program Specialist who will be responsible for farming existing enterprise clientele. The Enterprise Program Specialist manages and executes account plans for assigned enterprise clients. Works in tandem with the Enterprise Account Manager to Develop and implement account strategies, with a primary focus on new business development within the existing client install base. Works with key customer contacts on such items as: system enhancement requests, product and service up-sell/cross-sell opportunities. This individual provides accurate opportunity pipeline forecasts to management, as they relate to individual and departmental goals. Works closely with Enterprise Account Manager (Production Support Representative) to leverage client relationships to drive new business revenue.

Qualifications:

  • Education or professional experience equivalent to a BA/BS in Management or Communications.
  • At least 6 years of prior/related experience in Sales and Account Management with enterprise customers.
  • Ability to develop immediate strong client relationships
  • Experience managing in service bureau, managed services, and hosted solutions business model.
  • Experience in Risk Assessment (Asset)
  • Experience in Project Management (Asset)
  • Bilingual (Asset)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Leverage relationships to identify and close new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
  2. Meet or exceed account goals set by Management.
  3. Work in tandem with the Enterprise Account Manager to provides excellent customer service to existing clients and establish referral business.
  4. Acts as Client Advocate on all matters related to:
    • Product Roadmap
    • Client requests for system/product enhancement
    • Contract Renewals
    • Up-sell/cross-sell opportunities
  5. Work in tandem with the Project Management Office to understand client requirements
  6. Prepare, deliver and present collateral and proposals required in the development of new business opportunities.
  7. Maintain account tracking information via the internal CRM tool for all sales pipeline related information, to include (but not limited to): contact generation, appointments and opportunities (progression through the funnel).
