Title: Enterprise Program Specialist Gryphon Networks is the worldwide leader in Contact Governance solutions, providing technology solutions to many of the largest sales and marketing organizations in the world, including General Motors, Merrill Lynch, Wachovia, Citi Group and John Hancock. These solutions, coupled with a company's internal business policy, assist organizations in opening doors to maximize and enhance customer contact in the face of regulatory restrictions today, delivering measurable business, financial and operational benefits. Gryphon is looking for an Enterprise Program Specialist who will be responsible for farming existing enterprise clientele. The Enterprise Program Specialist manages and executes account plans for assigned enterprise clients. Works in tandem with the Enterprise Account Manager to Develop and implement account strategies, with a primary focus on new business development within the existing client install base. Works with key customer contacts on such items as: system enhancement requests, product and service up-sell/cross-sell opportunities. This individual provides accurate opportunity pipeline forecasts to management, as they relate to individual and departmental goals. Works closely with Enterprise Account Manager (Production Support Representative) to leverage client relationships to drive new business revenue. Qualifications:
