Title: Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will define how Gryphon's services and tools will be used within the client's business environment. The Business Analyst will define the client's business objectives for customer privacy compliance and communication preferences and translate them into solution requirements. The Business Analyst will work with the Senior Project Manager and PMO team to deliver large engagements. The Business Analyst will also work with CSO team to document requirements and create work order for existing client enhancements. The Business Analyst will also work with the Sales team to match client requirements to Gryphon products, document a proposed solution, create statements of work and close sales.

Qualifications:

• Business analysis in a software development and product implementation environment.
• Document project requirements, functional specifications and scope
• Create process descriptions and diagrams that depict current business processes and proposed Gryphon solutions
• Document functional and reporting requirements
• Document risks, issues, and changes to project scope
• Track and escalate project risks to resolution
• Proven experience managing client expectations.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate internal teams and client organizations
• Work independently to build customer relationships ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Act as product expert to give product demos and support user acceptance testing
• Support sales team to rapidly close sales opportunities
• Provide onsite and remote product knowledge and technical assistance during pre-sales opportunities

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5+ years of IT industry experience
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
• 25% to 50% travel required — including travel to Canada
