Keith A. Fotta CEO
When Keith Fotta founded Gryphon Networks in 1995, he pioneered the contact compliance industry. Today, he is widely regarded as an industry visionary and renowned expert on state and federal issues affecting all forms of outbound marketing. Mr. Fotta's ability to foresee the challenges presented by multiple state and federal contact compliance laws coupled with the uprising of consumer preference-based marketing enabled Gryphon to be the first company to turn compliance regulations, corporate governance and consumer contact preferences into safe and profitable customer contacts. Under Mr. Fotta's direction, Gryphon has established itself as the worldwide leader in this on-demand business service.
Mr. Fotta is globally recognized as an industry leader and frequently participates in Federal Trade Commission (FTC) roundtable discussions. He is widely sought for speaking engagements at industry conferences and has received numerous awards for innovation and technology leadership. Gryphon Networks' patented Do-Not-Call service was declared the next "Killer Application" for voice network integrated services by Yankee Group.
Mr. Fotta co-authored Inside the Minds: Software Leadership Strategies, published by Aspatore Books. He was selected as an author for this book in recognition of his and Gryphon Networks' leadership in providing companies across a broad spectrum of industries a competitive advantage through the industry's most innovative suite of fully integrated, modular platform compliance and productivity solutions. Mr. Fotta's chapter is titled SFA & CRM: The Next Generation.
Prior to creating Gryphon Networks, Mr. Fotta served in senior management positions in both the financial services and financial publishing industries. Mr. Fotta received a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Boston College.
Richard P. Boudrieau Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Boudrieau manages Gryphon Networks' technology operations and is responsible for the development of all Gryphon Networks solutions. He brings more than twenty years of high-tech engineering experience to Gryphon Networks.
Mr. Boudrieau formerly served as chief architect at an IT consultancy designing high-availability database systems with related sub-systems used for imaging and communication-related projects.
Mr. Boudrieau holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University and a Master's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering concentrating in Computer-Aided Manufacturing Systems from Boston University.
John Bardong Vice President, Sales
John Bardong drives and oversees sales strategy and execution for Gryphon Networks. He is responsible for ensuring that the organization achieves its targeted license growth and sales revenue year over year.
John brings more then 15 years of management experience focusing on building strong sales teams for software technology companies. Prior to joining Gryphon Networks he served in senior management roles for Informatica, PeopleSoft and ASK. He has been successful in building national verticals and driving license growth through enterprise agreements. As a Vice President of Sales at Informatica his achievements included growing the Northeast revenues 30% year over year, for four consecutive years, and building a national financial services vertical that in the first year achieved $32 million in revenues. At PeopleSoft, John was part of the sales management team that saw the company's revenues grow from $100 million to $1 billion. During his management tenure at ASK, he lead the Eastern Region to the number one position for four consecutive years.
Mr. Bardong attended Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business. He remains active in the Marist College Alumni Association as well as the Marist Fund Program.
Eric Bornhofft Chief Financial Officer
Eric Bornhofft serves as Gryphon's Chief Financial Officer. In addition to over a decade of experience in financial services, Eric has fifteen years of operating experience in the sales and distribution of healthcare related products at the COO level and five years as CEO of a clinical laboratory.
Prior to joining Gryphon, Mr. Bornhofft served as Managing Director of Boston-based investment banking firm O'Conor, Wright Wyman. Prior to O'Conor, Mr. Bornhofft was Managing Director of MedTech Capital, an investment banking company specializing in life sciences, and President and CEO of CliniSys, Inc. Mr. Bornhofft also served as Executive Vice President of a large pharmaceutical and hospital supply company, James W. Daly Inc.
Mr. Bornhofft has also worked as an independent consultant providing support in strategic planning and operations to venture capital, merchant banking, consumer products, computer software and life science service companies.
Mr. Bornhofft holds a BA and MBA from Boston University and has completed the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School.
Robert Hadden Vice President, Business Development
Bob Hadden, vice president of business development, is responsible for the continued development and expansion of Gryphon's partnership strategy with leading global technology companies.
Mr. Hadden has over 20 years of software technology experience in sales management, international channel sales, and business development. Prior to joining Gryphon, Mr. Hadden was with Trillium Software, a division of Harte Hanks, where he formed and developed their alliances program, in which he was the principal negotiator of the company's largest OEM software contract in history. Previously, he held senior sales management positions with technology firms including White Pine Software, NetScout Systems, and FTP Software prior to it's successful IPO. Mr. Hadden offers considerable expertise in building global partnerships and programs focusing on technology solutions companies.
Mr. Hadden earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Norwich University.
Norman M. D'Amours Vice President, Regulatory Affairs and General Counsel
Norm D'Amours joined Gryphon Networks in 2001 and brings substantial regulatory experience to the firm. He served as a former Assistant Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts responsible for regulatory oversight of telecommunication and energy companies. Mr. D'Amours was awarded the Attorney General's Certificate of Merit for his work representing the Commonwealth before the Department of Telecommunications and Energy.
Mr. D'Amours has served on and supported numerous industry committees and working groups, including the American Resort Development Association's Privacy Regulatory Subcommittee. He serves as the firm's liaison to domestic and international regulatory authorities.
Mr. D'Amours has held legal, legislative and regulatory positions with the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Department of the Treasury and completed the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC) Regulatory Studies Program at Michigan State University's Eli Broad Graduate School of Management. Prior to joining Gryphon Networks he served as General Counsel and Vice President of Federal Affairs for Brandon Associates, a government and regulatory affairs firm.
Mr. D'Amours received his law degree from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Boston College.
Robert E. Ziemba Vice President, New Market Development
Rob Ziemba is responsible for leading Gryphon's entry into new markets around the world. Mr. Ziemba brings broad expertise in domestic and international markets. He has held executive roles in business development, sales, marketing, and product management over his 20 years of professional experience in the networking and technology industries.
Prior to joining Gryphon in 2004, Mr. Ziemba was responsible for sales and business development at BT Global Services, the leading service provider of Information Communications Technology solutions. At Telcordia Technologies, while based in London, Mr. Ziemba was responsible for establishing the company's commercial entry into the European market as one of the world's largest providers of operations support systems, network software and consulting and engineering services to the networking and telecommunications industry. Mr. Ziemba has also held management roles at information technology organizations NCR and TesCom International.
Mr. Ziemba earned his B.S. in Computer Science from Rensselaer, his M.S. in Computer Science from University of Southern California, and his M.B.A from the Rutgers Business School.
Sharon Corazzini Vice President, Project Management Office
Sharon Corazzini leads Gryphon's Project Management Office (PMO) responsible for managing both new product releases and all client implementations. She has over 20 years experience in software project management including offshore and onsite projects for software product vendors and technology consulting firms.
Prior to joining Gryphon in 2006, Ms. Corazzini spent 7 years in various PMO roles at Virtusa Corporation, a global information technology (IT) services company providing IT consulting, technology and outsourcing services with office in the US, India and Sri Lanka. Prior to that, most of Ms. Corazzini's experience was focused on the wireless telecommunications industry including project and product management positions at EDS, Sapient and bcgi.
Ms. Corazzini has a Bachelor's degree from College of the Holy Cross and a Masters in Business Administration from Bentley College.
