To ensure customer data integrity and performance reliability, we maintain customer data within our Gryphon-controlled data centers. Gryphon facilitates access to both database and application servers via multiple firewall tiers on a private internal network. The result is that all data transactions happen via our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). This tough and tested platform requires a unique license key, requiring additional credentials for authentication into the application tier.

Peace of mind at the application level

Gryphon provides database access from the application tier through our customer-specific Application Programming Interface (APIs), resulting in application-level security. Our database and application tiers allow for customer segmentation of data and processing for specific application requests. To further enhance security, customer transactions are immediately tagged with client-credential key structures at the point of origination. These key structures are stored with the customer transaction within the database.
