The history of Gryphon is a history of contact governance
Florida passed the first Do-Not-Call law in 1988, well before The Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991. Then, in 1995, the Telemarketing Sales Rule was enacted. Gryphon Networks, founded that same year, understood the stranglehold that emerging legislation would have on marketers, and developed technology that elevated compliance solutions to the telephone-carrier tier.
Gryphon Networks
Seeing opportunity where others saw impasse, Gryphon Networks leveraged product patents to secure its first Fortune 500 client in 1998. After the regulatory floodgates opened, Gryphon Networks began helping companies address multichannel compliance issues and grow their marketable universe.
Technology to advocacy
Contact governance became a political windfall, as U.S. state and federal legislators continued passing multichannel Do-Not-Contact laws with crushing speed. Gryphon responded by developing key relationships with regulators and participating in regulatory roundtables at the state, federal and international levels — all to ensure that new Do-Not-Contact rules were as fair to marketers as they were to the market.
Advocacy to innovation
Fast-forward. Today Gryphon Networks is simply Gryphon: a company that continues to advance compliance, preference and productivity solutions, encompassing all channels, to help companies unlock their largest legally marketable universe. Find out more.
