Our enterprise account managers, solution Trainers, Privacy Experts and Support Specialists embrace our company philosophy of prioritizing and developing client relationships, ensuring that Gryphon is as valuable to you as you are to Gryphon. That's why we're committed to providing you with the highest level of service the industry has to offer.

Each Gryphon client is assigned an account manager who is the single point of contact for all interactions. Reporting to the VP of Client Services who oversees any escalated issues, Account Managers work with cross-functional teams to resolve client concerns and implement new services and/or functionality.
