Title: Director of Marketing

Norwood, MA

Position Description:

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, this individual will be responsible for driving Gryphon's B2B demand-generation effort. The Director of Marketing will work closely with the sales organization to acquire qualified prospects using traditional and Internet-based techniques. This individual will also manage the Company's inbound and outbound marketing activities while developing lead-generation programs, positioning the Company as a visionary leader, and helping the Company achieve its revenue goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and purchasing relevant mailing, email and phone lists
  • Designing and implementing broad and targeted mail/email campaigns
  • Manage and refine Google AdWords and contextual advertising campaigns
  • Develop and maintain an effective and precise lead-generation metrics process
  • Develop and maintain social-media programs
  • Write/edit press releases, direct-mail content, brochure content, and articles
  • Plan, develop and execute company's website strategy

Title: Business Analyst

Norwood, MA

These solutions, coupled with a company's internal business policy, assist organizations in opening doors to maximize and enhance customer contact in the face of regulatory restrictions today, delivering measurable business, financial and operational benefits.

The Business Analyst will define how Gryphon's services and tools will be used within the client's business environment. The Business Analyst will define the client's business objectives for customer privacy compliance and communication preferences and translate them into solution requirements. The Business Analyst will work with the Senior Project Manager and PMO team to deliver large engagements. The Business Analyst will also work with CSO team to document requirements and create work orders for existing client enhancements. The Business Analyst will also work with the Sales team to match client requirements to Gryphon products, document a proposed solution, create statements of work and close sales.

Title: Senior Account Manager

Norwood, MA

Gryphon is looking for an Senior Account Manager who will be responsible for farming existing enterprise clientele. The Senior Account Manager manages and executes account plans for assigned enterprise clients. Works in tandem with the Enterprise Account Manager to develop and implement account strategies, with a primary focus on new business development within the existing client-install base. Works with key customer contacts on such items as system enhancement requests, product and service up-sell/cross-sell opportunities. This individual provides accurate opportunity pipeline forecasts to management, as they relate to individual and departmental goals. Works closely with Enterprise Account Manager (Production Support Representative) to leverage client relationships to drive new business revenue.

Qualifications:

  • Education or professional experience equivalent to a BA/BS in Management or Communications
  • At least 6 years of prior/related experience in Sales and Account Management with enterprise customers
  • Ability to develop immediate strong client relationships
  • Experience managing in service bureau, managed services, and hosted-solutions business model

Duties and Responsibilities:

Title: Inside Sales Representative

Position Description:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will handle telephone, email and Web-based interaction with prospective Gryphon customers. In this internally based position you will respond to sales inquiries, prospect for new customers, and close business. In addition to your sales responsibilities, you will also work with Gryphon's enterprise sales team to develop new leads and close business. As an inside sales representative you are responsible for forging the expansion of the corporate account base while maximizing your personal earnings.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned revenue target by selling Gryphon's complete line of services
  • Answer incoming calls and emails in relation to sales questions
  • Perform outbound email and telephone prospecting campaigns based on internal and external lists
  • Contact existing customers to obtain referrals
  • Contact existing customers to cross-sell complementary products
  • Work with CRM business partners to drive revenue
  • Investigate potential vertical markets and prospect in these markets
  • Coordinate with field Enterprise Sales Representatives
