Responsibilities:
- Meeting quarterly and annual quota objectives

SQA Engineer
Position Description:
Gryphon is looking for a Software Quality Engineer who has some experience testing a large database application for a hosted service which uses Web Services and a hosted Web Interface to maintain and enhance our Contact Governance System.
The Candidate will be responsible for planning and executing manual and automated tests for multi tiered client-server system which supports telemarketing regulations Do Not Call, Email, Text, and Mail.
Duties include working closely with Development, Product, and Project Management to review and understand Requirements; working with Development to investigate and resolve defects; working with other QA engineers participate in system tests for new releases of the Gryphon System and to communicate the state of the software being tested.
Requirements include:
- Understanding of Multi-tiered Client Server architectures and Software as a Service (SAAS) models
- 3 years+ experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance
